Electronic and photonic nanodevices-nanosystems

CTI-Nano integrates the Brazilian National System of Laboratories in Nanotechnologies (SisNano 2.0) as strategic laboratory offering its facilities to public and private users for R&D and innovation activies in nanotechnologies.

CTI-Nano is organized as arrangement of three key open laboratories (LAmina, LAimage and LApacs) and five other supporting laboratories, maintaining multiuser model. CTI-Nano is capable of supporting R&D projects in electronic and photonic nano-devices, covering design, fabrication, encapsulation and electrooptic characterization steps.

Research lines developed and supported by CTI-Nano are based on Key Enabling Technologies (KET) aiming applicatons in Industry 4.0 and Advanced Health.
